Day 4: More R&Ds

Start with:
1) Spin the Wheel to get some TC
2) Check for any free items in the workshop
- if plane, take them and sell them (except if IL-963)
3) If you are on mobile, watch the slot machine ads, and spin all your 20 tickets
4) Take the free wallet (available 24h after you opened it the day before)

Check your R&D balance, you should be around 35M

- Unlock the R&D "Medium-size lab" Level 4 (cost 15M) - 2h30min

- Set your R&D Research Budget to the maximum you can, this should be 10,000,000$
This should give us about 40,000,000 for tomorrow.

- Research the Vaulture bank (express loan only) - 6h, 10M
This should unlock "global #4 level" in R&D.

- If you havent research the "low cost toilet" yesterday due to R&D$ issue, now thats time time to do it

Make sure you have still 15-18M of R&D$ available. Dont spend it, it will be needed tomorrow

Finally, visit the agenda
- visit the service management page: +13M
- spin the wheel (should have got the reward already): +3M
- modify a service, set the service level "Toilet: Rudimentary service ": +14M

These would clear the second mini agenda, bringing up the 3rd one:
- unlock "own 4 aircrafts": +4M
- own 3 routes: +4M
- take a loan, +1M

Refresh the agenda one more time
- tame out a new loan of 50M mininum, +11M
- Reach 1M of turnover in a single day, +1M


Summary:
- Boosted the R&D further, allowing 10,000,000$/day
This should bring at least (10M x 4.3) 40M tomorrow for further research

- 2nd bank unlocked for quick loan

- Have at least 15-18M of R&D$ handy for tomorrow

- You should have ~350M in cash
