Purchase this circuit, for around $185M:
HKG (China),
PEK (China),
TFU (China),
PVG (China),
BOM (India)
BKK (Thailand)
DMK (Thailand)

In the coming days, we will add 7 planes on every circuits that has been built so far.
A few reasons for this:
- We have now enough money to plan 14 planes at the time (yeah!)
- Existing circuits have enough left over capacity to support an extra "wave"
- Adding a wave generally means reconfiguring all existing plane, which is needed anyway due to cargo unlocked.

Go back into the game, and set your price for these 7 routes.

Finally, look at your staff, you should have about 4000 agency workers.
Hire them all, and train them all into "MANAGEMENT DIVISION" => CUSTOMER SERVICE, in order to give a boost in Entertainement.

Once they are all trained, proceed to train them all (7000+4000 CUSTOMER SERVICE employee) into "NETWORK, FLEET & SCHEDULE PLANNING"
Continue like so until you have about 45,000 to 55,000 in this category.
