Here are the rules:
- Always borrow from banks.
- Borrow the maximum amount
- Set the load period as long as it is possible
- NEVER PAY BACK LOAD IN ADVANCE.
Example from Minibank
Borrow 250,000,000 (250M).
Load Period: 25 weeks
Interest Rate: 1.13%
Weekly payments: 10,113,000
Total cost: 252,825,000
In other words: you have to pay 2.8M to get access to 250M.
Load Period: 40 weeks
Interest Rate: 3.13%
Weekly payments: 6,445,625
Total cost: 257,825,000
In other words: you have to pay 7.8M to get access to 250M.
In both cases, you get 250M now, but why taking the 40 weeks?
because during the 25 first weeks, you'll have an extra 3.7M to spend.
Over 25 weeks, that is an extra 92.5M to spend!
Explained differently
| Loan over 25 weeks | Loan over 40 weeks |
From Week 1 to Week 25 | pay: 10.1M/week | pay: 6.4M/week | delta: 3.7 per week x 25 weeks = 95.5M in favor of "40 weeks loan"
From Week 26 to 40 | no payment | pay: 6.4M/week | delta: (10.1M x 15 weeks) = 151.5 +
